1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and dfbocau ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by dfbocau, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are asked not to use the dfbocau platform. Continued use of this platform after any amendments have been made is considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

dfbocau operates under a valid international licence. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their country or region of residence.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and use the dfbocau platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction or court order that prohibits participation in online betting activities.
• Register in your own name using true and accurate personal information.

During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate information including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, a valid email address and an active mobile phone number. dfbocau reserves the right to request document verification at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

3. Account Policy and Security

Once an account has been successfully registered, the user bears full responsibility for all activity that takes place within their account. Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone, including family members or friends. dfbocau will not be held responsible for any loss arising from a user's own disclosure of their password.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the dfbocau customer support team immediately via live chat or email. dfbocau reserves the right to freeze an account for protective purposes while an investigation is carried out.

• Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or lent to another party.
• dfbocau reserves the right to request additional document verification before processing any large withdrawal.
• Personal information provided during registration must be updated should any changes occur.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dfbocau provides a range of payment methods suited to users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed using secure encryption technology to protect your financial data.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 regardless of the method chosen.

Withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes after a request has been submitted and verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction. All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for your original deposit as an added security measure.

dfbocau does not charge any additional fees for deposit or withdrawal transactions on the platform's end. However, third-party payment service providers may impose certain charges that are outside dfbocau's control.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

dfbocau offers various promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer. Users are advised to read those conditions carefully before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

New members who make their first deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 120% of the deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Example 2: Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,500 → Wagering requirement RM500 × 20 = RM10,000

The original deposit amount may be withdrawn at any time without any wagering requirement restrictions. Only the bonus funds and winnings generated from the bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dfbocau platform are subject to the game rules set by the respective game providers. dfbocau acts as a platform that provides access to these games and not as a game operator.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled except in unusual technical circumstances such as a system disruption acknowledged by dfbocau. Any bets placed during a system disruption may be cancelled and funds returned to the user's account.

• Users are fully responsible for the outcome of their own bets.
• Odds and betting limits for each game are determined by dfbocau and may change from time to time.
• dfbocau reserves the right to limit the betting limits of any user at any time.
• Suspicious bets or bets showing signs of manipulation will be investigated and may be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error, dfbocau reserves the right to cancel affected bets and return the stake to the user's account.

7. Permitted User Conduct

Users agree to use the dfbocau platform responsibly and to comply with all rules set out. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the security of the dfbocau system.
• Spreading false, misleading or defamatory information about dfbocau or its users.
• Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Registering an account using another person's identity or false personal information.

Any breach of these rules will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dfbocau platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interfaces, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of dfbocau or its relevant licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, display, perform, reproduce or create derivative works from any part of the dfbocau platform without prior written consent from dfbocau.

Use of dfbocau brand names, logos or marketing materials for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, dfbocau will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses suffered by users arising from:

• The use of or inability to use the dfbocau platform.
• Any technical disruptions, system maintenance or server failures.
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the platform's content.
• Any act or omission by a third party, including payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account as a result of the user's own negligence.

dfbocau provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. Reasonable efforts will always be made to ensure continued platform availability.

10. Responsible Gambling

dfbocau is committed to responsible gambling practices. Our platform is open only to individuals aged 21 and above. We understand that problem gambling can have serious effects on individuals and their families.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

dfbocau reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at the request of legal authorities.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the dfbocau customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any valid account balance will be returned within a reasonable period.

• Accounts closed at the user's request may be reopened by submitting a written request to customer support.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of the Terms will not be reopened.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will expire upon account closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

dfbocau reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time in accordance with operational needs, changes in law, or regulatory direction. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or via the registered email address.

It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms page from time to time to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version of the Terms. The most recent update date will always be displayed at the top of this document.

If you do not agree with any amendments made, you must stop using the dfbocau platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended Terms.
